Men and women: why do women have soo many "issues" do guys have "issues"?

I'm 12 and in my 7 month woman hood expierence it ha been a whole learning process. I thought I had all these issues but it was normal (asked mymom and she's a RN) do guys have men hood problems? I'm just curious because we have to go through the whole pregnancy and our monthly little thing.
