What is this under my hood for the clitoris? HELP WOMEN ONLY!?

so i was looking at my vag just to see if everything is normal and i opened the clitoris hood and there was a cherry sized ball it is not any of the parts I'm aware of it's red and it makes me go pee like every 15 minutes and I'm starting to worry :/ please HELP! and I'm kinda embarrassed to get it checked because I'm only 14
