Where can I get a cheap 20 gallon high & should I get a kit or purchase separately?

I need to get a 20 gallon high setup. I basically need the tank, hood, filter and heater. I'm of course checking out craigslist, local stores etc. for deals but if I purchase new does anyone know the cheapest route and store/s?
