If you get a coloring for your robin hood hat on Runescape, can you take it off?

Runescape has just made an update called Members Loyalty Programme, and one of their unlockables is a thing you can attach to the Robin Hood hat to make it a different color. I was wondering if anybody knew if it could be UNattached
