Army or Air Force? Going into Medical.?

I'm a 20 year old with an AA degree. My ASVAB score is an 82 and I'm in pretty good athletic shape. My goal is to become a nurse, and have the military pay for it. I was looking to go in the Army as a Health Care Specialist, and even considering Special Forces Medical Sergeant. I've been talking to quiet a few people and everyone I spoke to says that the Air Force takes care of their enlisted personals a lot better than the army and wouldn't mind joining the Air Force. Any comments or thoughts for advice would be amazing and greatly appreciated.
