Will he ever stop "cheating"?

I have been w/my boyfriend for four years and we have a baby girl together. However sense we've been together he has racked up a bill on a sex line twice, been caught talking to another girl twice once when I was in labor and brock up w/ me twice to go on a date with other girls. But I always take him back. Now I just found out his been going on this site called cregslist personals looking for girls and talking to them. He even has pictures. I want to know will he stop. I know I'm stupid for staying but we have a daughter and I had to grow up w/ two sets of parents. I never wanted that for my baby.
