Upper radiator hose has huge hole blown in it?

So I posted this a few days ago, but in need of another set of opinions just in case. My car has had its radiator, water pump, thermostat, and reservoir all changed in the past month. A couple days ago I drove home from work and then to Chipotle which is maybe a 15 min drive from my house. Got back into the car and as I pulled up to the stop sign by my street my temp gauge started to rise a bit, luckily it was like a 30 sec drive to my driveway but in that time after I parked it white smoke started coming from under the hood, nothing from tailpipe though. Popped the hood and the upper radiator hose had a hole about 3 inches wide in it looking like it really got blown up at the one point. Called the shop that put in my new radiator and they said they didn't replace the hoses. Could this just be old hoses that gave out or something major?

93 toyota celica gt oil leak problem?

The car has a 2.2l 4cyl. engine. A little while back I was trying to jump off a friend's battery and noticed a bit of smoke coming from under the hood. I looked under the hood to notice that there was oil on the motor closest to the front of the car right next to where the oil dipstick and oil filter are. When I got home I tried running it for a while to see if I could locate the leak's source but after about 20 minutes of running the engine I gave up thinking that it was maybe just some temporary freak accident. I took it to a shop and talked to a guy there and he said that it is possibly blowing out of the dipstick tube due to a possible clocked pvc valve. So I replaced the pvc valve and thought the problem was fixed until we drove it the next day and again saw smoke from under the hood. Do you think its possible that it is still blowing out of the dipstick tube? or is it possible that the seal around the oil filter has worn out and is causing it to leak from there when the engine is revved up enough? The car is on about it's 3000th mile since the last oil change so I know I need to change it soon I was just curious if anyone had seen a problem much like this one and how they overcame it because I would hate to go change the oil and just lose it all due to some leak I can't find. While I was trying to locate the leak I did try to rev up the engine to see if it was pressure that was causing something to leak like it is. Can anyone help? If more info is needed just let me know and I will fill it in accordingly. Thanks all

I recently got my car repainted after a hit and run accident. They said the paint color would be 98% close to the original color. ATV turns but it won't Start?

I have a Yamaha 350 and when I try to start it the engine just turns and turns but it doesn't start. Battery is new, the spark plug is clean/dry and new, and fresh gas. I cleaned up the carb also the other day. I have held the choke open while giving it gas, but it just turns. When ever I hook it up to my car battery after a few seconds it always starts, then it runs fine. After warming up it starts up right away. Any one have any idea what the problem could be? Drove my car through water and wont start?

Drove my car through what didn't look like that deep of a puddle apparently it was, my car died almost all the way through, it's an 01 chrysler sebring. That water wasn't that deep possibly to the bottom of my door? I was a dumb *** and tried to restart it in the water. I pushed it out onto dry ground. Tried to crank it and it sounded like it was trying to fire, making that initial turning over noise. I pulled the air filter ( not the spark plugs yet seeing how i had no tools at the moment). Eventually it just started tapping really fast when i tried to crank it, sounded more electrical plus the lights flashed in the car everytime the tapping noise occured. Had it towed to my house and this am i tried to crank it and it made the tapping noise, i turned the key to battery mode where electronics come on let it sit for a min and tried to crank it which made it try to crank without the tapping noise, it did sound like my batter way dying at that moment in time though. If i let it dry out a bit longer and hook some jumper cables up to it is it savable without anymore work? I wasn't in that deep of water and my water intake is RIGHT under the hood so i dno't know what happened.

I am 30 years old, on disability (cancer survivor, it came back and now I am in treatment) living with my father, brother and raising my niece. A lot of times I feel like no one really loves me. Then I feel guilty because I feel like a self absorbed person shouting for attention. I am a Christian and I know in my head that Jesus loved me so much he died for me, but in my day to day living I feel very lonely and unloved and it is hard for me to connect emotionally to anyone, even God. My mother died a few months ago and she was my very best friend, and the rest of my family is rather limited in expressing emotions. I don't have any close friends, and I want to work on that, I just wish I could figure out what is wrong with me. I can't seem to feel fulfilled in any sense, and it isn't just my mom passing, I have felt like this my whole adult life. I do have a history of clinical depression but I am on medication that seems to help. Sometimes I don't even know what I really want, or who I am anymore. I have goals but I never seem to get close to them. I just want to feel like I belong somewhere and can be open and trusting and be able to give and take affection. Often when I start thinking like this, I feel selfish because it isn't just about me, I am supposed to be giving what I want as well, it is just all so confusing at times. I think a 250 2 stroke would be great for you. I am a Yamaha guy, especially when it comes to 2 strokes, so I say check out the YZ250. The Suzuki RMs, Honda CRs, and Kawasaki KXs are nice bikes as well, I just prefer the YZs over them. If you don't want a 2 stroke, check out the 450 4 strokes, like the YZ450F, CRF450R, etc. Lastly, if you think these bikes as a bit much, check out the 125 2 strokes and 250 4 strokes, such as the YZ125 and YZ250F. I think once you take a YZ250 for a ride, you will not want to get off it, but as we know all people have difference preferences. Good luck with whatever you go with!

Why does minecraft lags?

How come they don't make 2 stroke dirtbikes anymore?

How come only 2 of the big four Dirtbike manufactures make 2 strokes. I really don't like 4 strokes it just costs to much to maintain. The argument that it isn't fuel efficient is BS because look at BRP's skidoo ETEC snowmobiles! They are two stroke and they use the same amount of gas as the four strokes. I race motorcross and I keep seeing people with 250f an 450f with blown up motors! It costs wayyy more to rebuild one of those compared to a 2 stroke. I have a 2007 cr 125 and I want to stay with honda. I also still have my cr 85 and I have a Honda foreman atv. I have never ha any real big problems with any of them. I want a 2011 cr 125, why don't they make them?

we've known each other forever, our dads have been best friends since their childhood on and off also.....so my friend trys to brag A LOT... for example i took her on myfamily'ss vacation this weekend and whenever we were around the family she would brag at any time possible and when she would brag she would talk very loud so everyone could hear. She brags a lot about the stuff her cousins have, like for instance she will say "yeah we sold out horses, but were getting new ones." and another example is i took her atv'ing a few weeks ago and i let her drive on the trails while everyone was there and one of my moms boyfriends friends asked her if she atv's often because she was good and she replied with "no, i dirt bike." when she maybe dirt bikes once a year... she will also try to look better than me when we go out in public, once she thinks i start to look better than her she will start changing and adding things to her outfit or put on expensive name brand things...i mean she is 16, but she acts immature with the whole bragging thing about stuff thaisn'tnt hers. she also says a lot of bad things about her other friends and talk about how their annoying but the next day she will be hanging out with them, shes a cheerleader and is on dance team bdoesn'tsnt hang out with anyone except me and 2 other people..she also plays world of warcraft and has A LOT of online friends from there that will call her?...but when we go out doesn'tesnt get social, when on the other hand im always talking with people and she kind of sits in the back and irritatedeted..why do you think she acts like this

I live in a small town and we used to have a dance club, but it went belly up. Now my friends and I are looking for a new one. Are there any clubs that allow teens in? Anything from Mt. My ex boyfriend told me the reasons he broke up with me?

He says he broke up with me because well I am 25 years of age (went back to college because the school I worked for had to let me go due to cut backs) my parents just recently lost the house we bought seven years ago due to the fact that the mortgage they had gotten on it was those mortgages called arm I believe. Anyways they had to move out to VA to find jobs since they couldn't seem to catch a break here in CA. When I left to VA back in February my ex went to say goodbye to me he was crying and telling me he would go out to visit me and that he loved me, i asked him how come he always told me ugly things he said that when he gets mad he talks out of his behind. Once I was there (VA) I felt like I couldn't live without him so I decided to borrow money for a flight to come back and I am now staying with my auntie who is also my Godmother. When I returned he told me a different story saying he only cried because he thought it was like putting an end to his past plus he just got out the Navy so supposedly he was feeling bad. On Wednesday he finally decided to make contact with me again we were talking cool until he told me he was seeing someone, I fought to keep my tears back but we were talking on skype so he could tell that news hurt me. Today I called him but he was already acting super weird telling me that the person he said he was talking to is in fact his girlfriend that he met on CRAIGSLIST!!! ugh it hurt me because he has (in the past) cheated on me on craigslist personals. He also told me how he was sick of always having to pay for me when we went out, the thing is that he always offered he knows I can't afford much right now since they took some hours from me at work due to cut backs. He said in so many words that I'm poor and that this new girl is already working on her masters and how much better and cooler than me she is, that his family loves her too. I just feel very discouraged I do not understand how after all the cheating and bad things he put me through he still has the audacity of treating me like an enemy. I never cheated on him but he says he would have preferred me cheating that me blowing his phone up and pretty much keeping him on check, apparently that was devastating to him and I left him jaded? How is he the victim. If anyone thinks he has the reason please tell me because I don't see it I waited for him during his time to Afghanistan I spent restless night talking staying up on the phone with him, praying for his safe return back home just so he can be back and treat me like a sub-human. I feel very discouraged and extremely sad, I try to get past this but I feel such a huge hole in my heart I can't focus. I need advice since I am too embarrassed to tell all this to my friends or family.

Should I buy a 98 mustang gt as my first car?

Hello everyone, I was browsing the internet for a new car and came across a 98 gt for 2600 with 179,000 miles. It looks great in the pictures with minor flaws like headlight weather stripping, a few dents and needs the hood latch to be fixed. Oh and the guy says maybe a paint job but it looks good as is. but for 2600 who's complaining? Anyways, I'm going to look at it tomorrow and I was wondering if its even worth my time? looks like a great first car especially because I want something I can fix up a little because I have a lot of free time right now. But, the mileage is a little iffy to me. 179,000 is quite a lot for a mustang. and its a 98. If I go look at it tomorrow is there anything I should be aware of? hello, i'm a 35 year old male who has been trying to meet a woman for the past 20 years or so. in this time, i have had no success whatsoever and have never had a girlfriend. I have the benefit of living in new york city which has a virtually endless supply of single young women who presumably would want to meet someone. I have heard every piece of silliness there is such as (you are trying to hard, let it come to you) i have pretty much come to the conclusion that it is a combination of looks, and bad luck but mostly looks. I have generally come to this conclusion after experimenting with putting pictures of other guys on my personals profiles and suddenly seeing overwhelming response. it has been my dream for all of my life to have a cute (not necessarily beautiful) girl to be with for love, companionship and eventually marriage and child rearing. this was not some arbitary skill or issue such as i'm upset because i can't play chess or throw a fastball. i believe this to be the very cornerstone and meaning of life. people say be happy and thankful that you have two arms and legs and both eyes but I dont know, life seems pretty bland and meaningless without having someone to share it with. it has always been either too short (i'm 5'8) too little money, too little status,not good looking enough and now it is too old for the lions share of single women who happen to be in their twenties. Is it legal for my neighbour to do the following 1 he has 2 kids, they have 2 mini bikes, his kids ride these up & down the very fast , these kids do not wear helmets and they will add extra riders, kids of same age, who also wear no helmets, these kids are 8 & 10 years old. He & their mother let these young kids ride these mini bikes, all the time up and our street and some times they ride through yards. The male neighbour has this old ATV, he does not believe in helmets either, he flies up and down the streets on that atv,when he stands up he goes even faster. He rides this atv day and night up and down the street every weekend at different hours, at night he has only one headlight working. He also put his 2 kids behind him again with no helmets, he is going down the road at unsafe speeds. I am afraid sooner or later him or the kids will lose control by driving reckless and crash into something and somebody will be hurt by not having head protection. Will not be able to pay for what they hit, for they have no insurance.Can the police or child services do something about this ?

I am 5'10 and weigh about 125 lbs., I have rode ATV's all my life and want to start riding dirt bikes. What would you recommend? I just want to trail ride and not race or anything right now.
