Do I have a right to be angry?

So my mom left Thursday to go to Maine with her boyfriend that came back from Iraq. And I was in charge of putting the Dog out and making sure he had food. During this time I was going to have some friends over and we were going to do various hood rat things. But, something happened and it turned out his mom was leaving too and he had to watch his Dog. So I worked out a deal with my sister that she could put him out so I could hang out over his house. Then last minute I found out he went over his dad's and I've been completely alone since Thursday. Like I have not seen another human in almost a week. And I don't know If I should be mad or not.
