How to prove I have changed to the man I love?

He said that he has to have his family accept that i have changed. I screwed up three times afraid of love. Realized he truly loved me after he was gone. How do I prove to him and his family that I have grown up and changed to a trustworthy person. I told him that i deleted a personals profile were we originally met then today he favorited me on there and i favorited him back and sent him a email with our song. I think it might of been a test to see if i really did get rid of the personal profile all i use it for is to see if he is looking at my profile. Any ideas on how to gain his and his families trust when I am not allowed to go over to his house to prove it. My friend talked to him about it and he seems to believe her which i have truly changed all i want is him. Please help advise greatly appreciated.
