Why Is Craigslist is not publishing my ads?

I have tried to post some things in the personals on cragslist and everything seems to go fine. It sends me the email to have it published and that i can view it and sends me the link where i can view it. but when close out craigslist and go back in to see if it is there it is never postd with the others. WHY NOT
