Is govt action justified ?

Try to understand what for this satyagraha , govt should act fast to get a money from swiss bank as much as possible , letter says "we do our best" baba says after receving the letter from honourable cabinet ministry " we don't want any obligation , we need our money so iam going to continue satyagraha for my country" from this "i don't think any wrong from baba ramdev".
