Is ouija board real? Please help?

Last night I decided to to around with a ouija board thinking it was fake. That night I woke up around 2 AM and saw a dark shadow, around 7 feet with a black hood standing at my window. Not only that I could also hear whisperings like "hey what are you doing". That scared the **** out of me. Was all that real, was someone trying to scare me by doing a prank or something. Please help.
