MX vs ATV alive james stewart compound?

ok, i bought my copy on ps3 6/1 new so i could get the compound for free. but.... it doesn't work. and today, 6/14 the actual motodepot (in game store) is back online and still my code does not work. and the code was sealed in the case so nobody could have opened it and used the code before me. so does anyone else have the same problem? anyone have an idea if thq is going to fix this any time soon? it is RLY pissin me off because had i known it was going to be this big of a pain in the ***, i would have just gotten it used and saved myself the few extra dollers.
