What is the amount of lighting that dwarf lillies require?

I have received dwarf lilly bulbs as a gift from SeaLife and one is sprouting roots in my 10 gallon 15w lighted tank. We have the hood that holds one long bulb. Do lillies require low lighting, or high? It will have red leaves.
