Planned parenthood question? ?

How does it work to get birth control? I have no money, no job, no insurance, my parents don't agree, they don't know, my periods so irregular, and I always get the worst cramps, and I know birth control can help regulate it. How does planned parent hood work? What questions would they ask me? How does it work... My mom has insurance but if I used it she would be able to find out, so I can't use it.
