Street Legal ATV's in production?

So, I know Arizona, Michigan, and my state Pennsylvania allow Street Legal ATV's. I saw that even some manufacturers are making street legal prototypes. I saw the Empero prototype and it looks bad ***. I know that here in Pennsylvania, DMV is waiting for manufacturers to produce the street legal ATV's. Seeing that they are being modded to be safer than your traditional crotch rockets and harley's, I can not wait to get a street legal ATV. So my question is, has anyone seen or heard of the websites that you can look into that will be producing these street legal ATV's other than the Empero?
